Los Angeles March for Life

The Los Angeles March for Life will take place on March 15, 2008 in Encino, CA. We will begin pre-walk festivities at 8am. There will be an opening ceremony at 9am and the March will begin at 9:20am. We will walk together for two miles in a peaceful manner. If you would like to join us, please fill out the form below. The cost is $5.00 and all of that proceeds go to Pro-life charities here in the San Fernando Valley.

I Agree	Release of liability: I consider myself and/or my dependant(s) adequately trained for the March For Life. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the March, I herby agree, on behalf of myself and my dependent(s), heirs, and legal representatives that I accept and assume any and all risks resulting from attendance and participation in the March. I herby release organizations supporting and sponsoring the March for Life and anyone involved directly or indirectly with this event from any liability for injury or illness suffered by me or any of my dependent(s) in connection with the March. If I or my dependent(s) should suffer an injury or illness as a result of the March, I authorize the officials of the March to use their discretion to have me or my dependent(s) transported to a medical facility and I take full responsibility for this action. I also approve of the use of my picture and/or pictures of my dependent(s), taken before, during, or after the March for promotional use.
